Approving or Rejecting a Session
If an Employee selects a session for a course that requires approval from a manager, then their placement for that session (in the queue) will be Pending until approval has been granted, like the image below.
If you decide not to approve a session by choosing Rejected, a dropdown will appear asking if you’d like to add some Notes explaining why for your Employee to see.
Once you've approved the course session, your employee will receive an email notification with an icalendar invite attached.
Attendance
Once a session has been Approved, you can keep track of their Attendance in Jemini.
If your Employee didn’t attend a session, you can change the Status to No & add a Note explaining why.
Courses with Tasks
You can view Instructor Led courses that have Tasks, by selecting Open.
You can view details such as task information, Links, Notes and Attachments. However, the ability to add new Links, Notes and Attachments depend on what the task settings are.
Settings are dependent on what choices LMS administrators have made
Overriding settings
Managers can override the Employee’s Grade, whether they have passed or failed, & their Course Progress (Not started, In progress or Completed).
