This information can support the employee’s Performance in [Lifecycle](/docs/intro-to-the-lifecycle-bubble). ### Behavioural Styles Your organisation can configure its own way to assess employee behavioural styles in Jemini. The default option available is based on the DiSC model. The DiSC model is a popular tool used to understand personality and behaviour in the workplace. It identifies four main personality styles: **Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S),** and **Conscientiousness (C).** The DiSC assessment helps individuals and teams improve communication, teamwork, and productivity by providing insights into these behavioural styles. ### Strengths Strengths are based on employee strengths identified by using an assessment tool. The default strengths available in Jemini are based on the [Gallup CliftonStrengths](https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/253676/how-cliftonstrengths-works.aspx) assessment tool, however your organisation may use a different configuration. Assessing an employee's strengths helps managers and teams leverage areas where the employee can excel. --- ## How to add the Style & Strength record 1. Go to **People > Employees**. 2.
