# How to find Aspirations - Your Jemini

## Aspirations contents

Aspirations allow you to develop your long-term career goals within your employment lifecycle. Keep tabs on your progress by:

- Recording details of your aspiration sessions with your manager
- Answering questions that relate to your career development
- Writing extra notes if necessary

## Aspirations controls

Once you've selected the Aspirations bubble, you'll come to your Aspirations landing page. In the top left of your screen, under the heading **Controls**, there is a section called **VIEW TYPE**. ### Insights View

When you first select the **Aspirations** bubble, you'll arrive at the landing page, called the ***Insights View***. Insights View gives an overview of the different groups you've been assigned to and what your progress is in each one.

### Tasks View

The ***Tasks View*** allows you to view, edit and complete your Aspirations groups and cards.
