# Intro to Performance

This bubble is for HR managers or people who need full access to the Lifecycle bubble to set up performance goals and measures.

When you select the Performance bubble, you'll see these bubbles on the next page:

- Performance Cards Catalogue
- Performance Groups Catalogue
- Team Performance

To begin, you'll need to create a Performance Card. From there, you can create a Performance Group and attach Cards to that Group. Team Performance allows you to review all employees attached to the various Groups and Cards that you've created.
