The Lifecycle bubble covers various stages of an employee's journey. This includes setting aspirations, tracking performance, and facilitating upskilling. Use Lifecycle to manage and support your employees throughout their entire career with your organisation.
IMPORTANT:
Before managing each employee’s lifecycle, you need to set up the Team Upskilling, Performance, and Aspirations courses and tasks. For instructions on how to do this, refer to Intro to Performance and Intro to Upskilling.
NOTE: Some areas, including the Aspirations guides, are currently under development. If you’d like to learn more about the areas that aren’t documented yet, raise an iHelp through Infusion.
