# How to update your Profile details

#### Navigation: Your Jemini | Profile

## Your Profile contents

Your Profile allows you to view/edit your:

- Jemini ID
- Name
- Birth date
- Gender
- Commencement and service start dates
- Probation details
- Profile photo

## Steps to update your details

1. After opening **Your Jemini**, select the **PROFILE** bubble

2. Select the next bubble named **PROFILE**. The PROFILE panel will appear on the right hand side of your screen
3. Select a **TITLE** if you wish
4. Update your **FIRST NAME, PREFERRED NAME**, and **LAST NAME**
5. Update your **GENDER**
6. Upload a **PHOTO** of yourself by selecting **Add Photo**
7. Save your changes by selecting the ***Submit*** icon

          TIP

          

The photo size needs to be smaller than 10 MB. The valid image file types are jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, and png.

          TIP

          

The orange border around the card and bubbles means you still have information that needs filling out. **NOTE:** Some information is only accessible by your manager, so don't worry if you can't clear the orange border yourself.
