Emergency Contact Details contents

The Emergency Contact Details bubble allows you to store the details of one or more people that your employee can contact in case of an emergency, including their:

  • Name
  • Relationship to you
  • Phone number/s

Steps to add or update your emergency contact's details

  1. Select the EMERGENCY CONTACT bubble
  2. If you need to add a new contact person, select the Add an emergency contact card
    OR
    If you need to edit a current contact person, select the relevant card that has their information
  3. Select the COUNTRY the contact person lives in
  4. Enter their FIRST NAME and LAST NAME
  5. Select their RELATIONSHIP to you
  6. Select a PRIMARY PHONE NUMBER TYPE and enter their number into the PRIMARY PHONE NUMBER field (this needs to be the most appropriate number to reach them in an emergency)
  7. There's a SECONDARY PHONE NUMBER field if you wish to add another number for your contact person as a backup.
  8. Save your changes by selecting the Submit icon
TIP

Your emergency contact must be living in either New Zealand or Australia.
