How to grant access to Locations

Who can benefit from this guide?

Anyone with system administrator permissions can perform these actions.
If you need access to Locations, please speak to your system administrator or raise an iHelp through Infusion.

Update Security Profiles to grant access to Locations

Before users can access Locations in the Business bubble, you must update their security profile permissions in System > Security Profiles.

Recommended security profiles for access to Locations

While each organisation may have its own configuration, we recommend the following permissions for specific security profiles:

  • System Administrator

    • Permissions: Enable, View, Add, Change, Delete

  • HR Manager, Administrator or Advisor

    • Permissions: Enable, View, Add, Change, Delete

How to give users access to Locations

  1. Go to System > Security profiles.

  2. Select the Security Profile that needs access to the Locations bubble.

  3. In the Permissions table, scroll down and expand COMPANY CONFIGURATION and LOCATIONS to find the Location application and Location records permissions.

  4. Tick the Enable box to activate the Locations bubble.

  5. Tick the View, Add, Change, and Delete boxes for Location records permissions as needed.

  6. Select the Green Tick Button to save your changes.
