Who can benefit from this guide?
Anyone with system administrator permissions can perform these actions.
If you need access to the Multiple Employments feature, please speak to your system administrator or raise an iHelp through Infusion.
Update Security Profiles to grant access to the Employment Manager for multiple employments
The Employee Employment permission setting unlocks access to the Employment Manager in the employee application, which is where Multiple Employments can be managed.
To give a user access, update their security profile permissions in System > Security Profiles.
Recommended security profiles for access to Multiple Employments
While each organisation may have its own configuration, we recommend the following permissions for specific security profiles:
System Administrator
Permissions: Enable, View, Add, Change, Delete
HR Manager, Administrator, or Advisor
Permissions: Enable, View, Add, Change, Delete
How to give users access to Multiple Employments
Go to System > Security profiles.
Select the Security Profile that needs access to the Multiple Employments feature.
In the Permissions table, select EMPLOYEES then Employees application to find the Employee Employment permissions.
Tick the Enable box to activate the Multiple Employments feature.
Tick the View, Add, Change, and Delete boxes as needed.
Select the Green Tick Button to save your changes.
