Who can benefit from this guide?

This guide is for HR managers who are responsible for managing multiple employments. It covers how to access the Employment Manager, which is where mutiple employments are created.

If you need access to the Multiple Employments feature, please speak to your system administrator or raise an iHelp through Infusion.

Navigating to the Employment Manager

Multiple employment records can be created in the Employment Manager.

To open the Employment Manager,

  1. Go to PEOPLE > EMPLOYEES

  2. Select the employee you wish to manage

  3. Select the Action button on the top left-hand side (not to be confused with the ACTION bubble).

  4. Select Manage employments. This will open the Employment Manager.

TIP

Navigation may vary depending on the permissions set in your security profile.

The Employment Manager is where you can create multiple employment records
