How to find the detail panel

When you click on a card in Tasks View, the detail panel, called EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE CARD, will appear on the right side of your screen.

What’s in the detail panel?

You can view the Performance card Details, Goals or the Card Content in the detail panel. You can also see the Status of a card.

TIP

If a section is greyed-out, it means you can't edit the information. It might be inactive, or only your manager can edit it.

Details

The Details section holds information such as the start and end date, or both.

Goals

Some cards may have Goals. The number next to the Goals heading tells you how many goals are attached to the card.
Select the expander arrows next to the heading, which will open up the Goals view. Each goal will have a name and a description.

Card Content

Card Content is where you or your manager may have the option to add notes, links or attachments related to your performance. You or your manager may also be able to add a rating or an indication of how your Performance went.

Indicators

The INDICATOR gives you an indication of the status of a Performance card. If an Indicator has To do next to it, it's telling you that either you or your Manager is yet to complete the Indicator section of the card. The Indicators can be colour coded and tells you how you have performed. Speak to your Manager to find out what the colours represent.

Status

When you have finished making changes to your card, you can change the Status from To do to Done.
