Performance contents

Performance allows you and your manager to keep track of any reviews or evaluations related to your job performance. This breaks down your performance into managable chunks, allowing you to:

  • View the performance reviews and sessions that you have completed or are yet to complete
  • Choose which type of performance review you want to partake in, depending on what your employer offers
  • See how you're performing based on your manager's notes and their indicators of your performance
  • Make notes of your own performance

Performance controls

Once you've selected the Performance bubble, you'll come to your Performance landing page. At the top left of your screen, under the heading Controls, there is a section called VIEW TYPE. There are two icons you can switch between, Insights and Tasks, as shown in the image below:

Tasks View

When you first select the Performance bubble, you'll arrive at the landing page which is called the Tasks View. The Tasks View allows you to add and edit Performance groups and cards.

Insights View

Insights View gives an overview of the different groups you've been assigned to and what your progress is in each one.

TIP

If this is your first time signing into Jemini, you won't have any groups in your Insights View. Add groups using the Tasks View to get started
