Health contents
The Health bubble enables you to record health-related details that may impact an employee’s role during their employment. This includes:
- Dietary requirements (for example, vegetarian)
- Medical conditions (for example, asthma)
- Accessibility requirements (for example, adjustable desk)
- Mental wellbeing (for example, anxiety)
Steps to add or update an employee's health details
Dietary Requirements
- Select the DIETARY REQUIREMENTS backpack.
- Select one or more items that relate to the employee's dietary requirements.
- Save your changes by selecting the Green Tick Button.
- Continue to the next section in the panel or select the next Green Tick Button to save your changes and exit.
Medical Conditions
- Select the MEDICAL CONDITIONS backpack.
- Select one or more items that relate to the employee's medical conditions.
- Save your changes by selecting the Green Tick Button.
- Enter any medication the employee is taking or instructions if required.
- Continue to the next section in the panel or select the next Green Tick Button to save your changes and exit.
Accessibility Requirements
- Select the ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS backpack.
- Select one or more items that relate to the employee's accessibility requirements.
- Save your changes by selecting the Green Tick Button.
- Continue to the next section in the panel or select the next Green Tick Button to save your changes and exit.
Mental Wellbeing
- Select the MENTAL WELLBEING backpack
- Select one or more items that relate to the employee's mental wellbeing
- Save your changes by selecting the Green Tick Button.
- Continue to the next section in the panel or select the next Green Tick Button to save your changes and exit.
Content
In this section, you can enter any notes, attachments or links to support the employee's health requirements or conditions, if necessary.
TIP
If the employee's health requirements or conditions aren't listed, talk to your system administrator.
