How to add an Employee's Style & Strengths

Prev Next

Style & Strength is an optional bubble where you can record your employee's behavioural style and strengths as they relate to their job. This information can support the employee’s Performance in Lifecycle.

Behavioural Styles

Your organisation can configure its own way to assess employee behavioural styles in Jemini. The default option available is based on the DiSC model. The DiSC model is a popular tool used to understand personality and behaviour in the workplace. It identifies four main personality styles: Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). The DiSC assessment helps individuals and teams improve communication, teamwork, and productivity by providing insights into these behavioural styles.

Strengths

Strengths are based on employee strengths identified by using an assessment tool. The default strengths available in Jemini are based on the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment tool, however your organisation may use a different configuration. Assessing an employee's strengths helps managers and teams leverage areas where the employee can excel.
