A simplified version of Jemini can be accessed on your mobile phone. This guide will show you how to set it up on your device or on your employees' devices.

Mobile phone – not tablet

These instructions are for using Jemini on a mobile phone, not a tablet. Phones have a simplified version of Jemini to make it easier for you to use. Tablets work more like a desktop computer or laptop.

Signing into Jemini on your mobile

  1. Type or copy your organisation's Jemini URL into the browser available on your mobile phone device, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Tap the Sign in button

Are you an Employee or a Manager?

Jemini will look slightly different depending on what type of access you have.

I'm an Employee

If you only need to access Jemini for your own records, you'll have only one section or bubble. This is called Your Jemini and holds information such as your Payslips, Leave and Profile details.

I'm a Manager

If you have employees reporting to you, you'll have two bubbles: Your Jemini and People.
The Your Jemini bubble holds your own employment information such as your Payslips, Leave and Profile details.
The People bubble allows you to manage your employees' Leave records.
